Answer
Each succeeding line describes the previous one, counting its digits. For instance, line 2 says that line 1 has 1 '1'; line three says line 2 has 2 '1'; line four says line three has 1 '2' and 1 '1'; line five has line four has 1 '1, 1 '2', and 2 '1'.
So line six would be 312211.
