Over the past several years, Paladin Consultants, LLC has designed and built a multi-dimensional, multi-client Medical Billing System which relies on Microsoft technology to deliver a self-contained and complete answer to the issues of medical billing. By multi-dimensional we mean that the coders and billing workers can, by entering only one set of data, bill for physicians, facility, and anesthesiologist fees simultaneously - with no additional keystrokes. By multi-client, we mean that a single program can handle billing for multiple clients- physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and facilities. And there is no practical limit on these numbers, the number of patients, visits, or procedures per visit.

The system is built on a robust Microsoft SQL Server database platform with a powerful and intelligent user interface based on Access technology. The system supports a large number of users without any locking and record contention issues.
